I am a medical student of MAMC and starting having anxiety during the lockdown period . Then i had consulted ma'am for the same and she treated me with a wholesome approach including medical management , nutrition ( green juice veg...) , Lifestyle modification and asked to me continue with the breathing exercises . She also told me to get investigations to rule out any other possibilities .\nShe also told me when to follow up and ensured i was doing well .
